Here at Care Speech Pathology, we are passionate about bringing Speech Pathology services to those in need all over Australia. We do this through the power of Speech Pathology via Video (also called online therapy or "telehealth").

What is it, you ask? Well, it's the same great evidence-based engaging and interactive assessment and therapy programs you'd find in a traditional face-to-face clinic, but delivered to you in the comfort of your own home.

We know it works, and we can't wait to share it with you! We also understand that accessing therapy this way is new to some people and you may have questions about how it all works.

What are we offering?

A free, no-obligation 15 minute Zoom videocall for new clients with a fully qualified Speech Pathologist for you to ask general questions and learn more about how Speech Pathology via Video works so you can see if it's the right fit for you and your family.

Who is it for?

Anyone! But mainly, clients, parents, families, guardians and carers who would like to learn more about Speech Pathology via Video.

Where is it?

We come to you through the power of Zoom videocalls. Join from the comfort of your own home using a computer, tablet or even the phone in your pocket.

How much does it cost?

$0 - there is no charge.

What happens afterward?

If you like the sound of what Speech Pathology via Video can offer to you, you can book a 60-minute Initial Consultation to start your Speech Pathology journey.

Important Information

By registering yourself or the client for a free 15-minute information consultation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consultation details: Free consultations may run for up to, but will not exceed, 15 minutes in length (and may be discontinued at any time at the Speech Pathologist's discretion). Should you or the client choose to book an Initial Consultation following the free consultation, you agree to enter a Service Agreement with us and our standard fees, terms and conditions will then apply to all services provided.
Disclaimer and scope of services: The free consultation is intended to provide you with general information about the Speech Pathology via Video service delivery format so you can decide if it is the right fit for you and if you would like to proceed to book an Initial Consultation to access therapy this way. Importantly, it will not involve clinical assessment, investigation, examination or therapy, and you will not receive any specific clinical advice or recommendations pertaining to your or the client's personal circumstances and healthcare needs. Further, the information we provide in the free consultation is general in nature and, to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from the use of or reliance on any information provided during the free consultation.
Eligibility: You must be a new client of ours and agree to provide us with all necessary and requested information (including personal information like your name, email address and contact phone number) in order to be eligible to participate in a free consultation. Availability and eligibility are determined in our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse or decline a free consultation booking request at any time.
Warranties and authorisation: You agree that nothing restricts or prohibits you from registering yourself or the client for the consultation, nor from acknowledging and agreeing to these terms and conditions. You confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate, true and complete.
Consent: You confirm you are lawfully entitled to register yourself or the client for the consultation and you grant to us unconditional consent to do all things reasonably necessary to conduct the free consultation. This includes but is not limited to obtaining and exchanging information about you or the client, conducting the consultation and maintaining records about you or the client for clinical and other purposes.
Intellectual Property: Material used in conducting the free consultation remains the intellectual property of and/or is used under license by us. Under no circumstances may any such material be reproduced or copied without our prior written consent. Heavy penalties may apply to breach of copyright and intellectual property infringement.
Privacy: Care Speech Pathology Pty Ltd (ABN 46 652 988 497) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information we collect. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and disclose personal information in line with our legal and ethical obligations.
Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating the terms on our website.
