I am a proud Kombumerri and Ngugi woman from the Gold Coast and value culturally safe, inclusive practice. I have always been passionate about working with people and supporting others to connect, express themselves, and participate meaningfully in everyday life. This passion naturally led me to Speech Pathology, a profession that allows me to combine practical support with connection.
I am a member of Speech Pathology Australia with particular interests in functional communication and social communication. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science and a master’s degree in applied behaviour analysis, which supports my ability to deliver evidence-based, goal-focused intervention tailored to each client’s needs. I enjoy working alongside individuals and families to build communication skills that are meaningful, functional, and transferable to everyday life at home, school, work, and within the community.
I take a client-centred, strengths-based approach to therapy and believe that effective intervention should be engaging, respectful, and individualised. I am committed to providing therapy that respects identity, culture, and lived experience, and to working collaboratively with clients, families, and communities to support positive and meaningful outcomes.
