Initial Consultation
Meet your therapist and discuss your concerns-
Your first session is a 60-minute video call with your Speech Pathologist. It’s an important starting point where we:

Begin the assessment process

Most full assessments take more than one session to complete. After this appointment, your Speech Pathologist will recommend the next steps and may suggest a written report to summarise the findings and guide therapy.
Ongoing Therapy
Regular therapy sessions-
These are your regular therapy sessions, typically held weekly or fortnightly. Each session builds on the assessment and focuses on specific therapy goals.

Reports
Summary of Findings Report
A Summary of Findings Report is a shorter document that provides a brief overview of assessment results. It records the presence or absence of difficulties, an outline of key findings, and general recommendations for future therapy.
Comprehensive Assessment Report
A Comprehensive Assessment Report gives a full picture of your or your child’s communication skills. It includes scores from the assessment, a clear summary of concerns, where the person is tracking for their age, any relevant diagnoses (if applicable), and detailed therapy recommendations.
This type of report is strongly recommended if multiple areas have been assessed, or if other health professionals are involved in care—it helps everyone stay on the same page.
Funding Options
We support Medicare, Private Health and NDIS—making speech therapy easier to access for more Australian families.
Medicare
You may be eligible for a rebate of approximately $56 per session for up to 5 sessions each year through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) or Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. These are arranged by your GP, who will determine your eligibility. If approved, we’ll help you process your rebate with ease.
NDIS
If you or your child is a participant in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), you may be able to access fully funded speech therapy through your plan. We support both self-managed and plan-managed clients. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, we can guide you through the process and help with applications when appropriate.
Private Health
Depending on your insurer and level of cover, you may be able to claim a rebate for Speech Pathology services. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your entitlements. We’ll provide same-day receipts to help fast-track your claim.

How much does speech therapy cost?
We offer a flat session rate, with no hidden fees. Your therapist will explain any additional costs (e.g. formal reports or support letters) before you begin.
Do you offer Medicare rebates?

Yes, we ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee.

Yes. Report fees vary depending on their length and requirements. Your therapist will let you know upfront and help you decide what’s needed.
Are there any out-of-pocket costs?
This depends on whether you use NDIS, Medicare, or private health funding. If you're unsure, we’re happy to help clarify what’s covered.
How do I pay for sessions?
We offer easy, secure online payments. You’ll receive an invoice after each session, and can pay online via credit or debit card.
Do you offer bulk billing?
We don’t currently offer bulk billing. However, many clients receive partial rebates through Medicare or private health insurance.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your or your child’s goals. Your therapist will recommend a therapy plan that suits your needs and budget.
