I am one of the Directors here at Care and I am incredibly proud to play my small role in the amazing work our team does every day supporting hundreds of families from all over Australia.

I completed my Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (with majors in Finance and Management) at the Australian National University. I then worked as a commercial lawyer for many years until my lovely wife Tabitha convinced me that starting our very own Speech Pathology practice together would be the most rewarding thing we’ve ever done. And, as usual, she was right!

Here at Care Speech Pathology, we are passionate about teamwork and helping others. Put simply, we care. We care about our teammates; we care about our clients and we care about the important work we do. It’s a simple recipe but it makes for a pretty special place to work and I’m incredibly proud to be part of this team.

I was looking for telehealth speech Pathologist for my daughter as wait times in our area are long and also I have found previously that my little one would get reluctant to get in the car to attend. So being that we don't have to rush out the house to be somewhere on time has made it so much easier on both of us.

I am so happy to of found Care speech and Sarah our speechy is so calm and great at getting my daughter back on track. My daughter looks forward to seeing Sarah and tells me what she is going to ask or tell her about before the appointments. Previous my daughter was not engaging in speech appointments at all, and its been so wonderful to see her connect with Sarah.

I just had the most amazing conversation with my son about a drawing that he had just done of driving and the visual representing a car. I was slightly unsure of the online nature but the sessions were awesome and kept Theo engaged and looking forward to the next. I highly recommend Care Speech Pathology, they literally just make everything so easy. Prior to using Care Speech Pathology, I had used a number of Speech Therapist services to support my child but had not had a lot of success. My child's school knew I was looking for an alternative to the local providers in our area so passed on the details for Care Speech Pathology. The team took the time to find out about my child and successfully paired my child with the most appropriate therapist. Katie is kind and patient and very personable, my child looks forward to each session with Katie and I love not having to travel to the appointment. We were trying to find a local Speech Therapist but the waiting lists were so long. With COVID and Telehealth appointments we thought we’d give Care Speech Pathology a try. We have been delighted with the service provided. A thorough assessment was completed. Intervention provided on a needs basis, rather than on a predetermined weekly or fortnight basis with ample resources to support the learning at home. We definitely lucked in with Tabitha.
